You (The renter/purchaser) hear by understand and acknowledge the terms and conditions set forth by this contract with Austin Management Services (DBA Containers411).  Rental: You hear by acknowledge that you are responsible for the value of the equipment as stated above, to clean, and maintain the above equipment in the condition upon which it was received.  Any damages, debris, or garbage will be assessed and billed accordingly at a rate of $80/hr plus materials. Flat rate repairs: Holes 1/2 inch or less $35 each, Pallet Fork Holes $450 each, 4ft sq Floor section $400 each. Rental equipment can not be moved with out the consent of Austin Management Services.    Purchase and Rental:  I hear by acknowledge that Austin Management Services, it's drivers, equipment, or anything pertaining to the placement of the equipment is not responsible for any damages done to the property, landscaping, driveway, structures, etc, at anytime during the delivery process.  Furthermore, purchaser does not retain ownership of the above equipment until payment has cleared.  If the payment does not clear, and is not resolved in 48 hours upon notification, the equipment can and will be removed by any means necessary.  If the equipment is unable to be unloaded, the contents contained inside will remain, and Austin Management Services retains no liability to the safety of the contents inside and is not responsible for any damages that may occur in the removing and repossession of its equipment.  Each unit includes 30 minutes of time to place in position or pickup.  After 30 minutes, additional time will be billed at $100/hour.  Austin Management Services, Containers411, and it's Drivers are not responsable for any damages to the property, landscaping, buildings, trees, etc at anytime during the delivery process.  PICK-UP Customers:  Equipment must be picked up within 15 days for invoice.  After 15 days, a $5.00/day/unit storage fee will occur from the date of the invoice.  After 90 Days, any payments, partial payments, and or equipment will be surrendered to Austin Management Serivces.  Ordering of, payment attempt of, partial payement of, payment attempt of, delivery of, or signature is confirmation of acknowledgement of these terms and conditions as stated above.  Signature is not required to be accountable for the above terms and conditions.
